Pannian

The name Pannian is from Panni. Panni is a tribe of Afghanistan - some of the Panni tribesmen migrated to Haripur and settled in a village, which is named after that tribe as Pannian.

Renowned person from Pannian are Javed Panni, a senior government officer and Barrister Farrukh Panni, a renowned barrister of Pakistan.
